How do I receive my book?
The book you have requested will be mailed to the address you entered in your profile.

Both parties pay their own shipping and handling. You will be issued a tracking number once the transaction has gone through and is processed.

How long does it take to receive the book I wanted?
Generally your textbook will arrive in 5-7 business days. Every situation is different on the account of the sender’s location and choice of shipping. To ensure the book is received by the sender provides tracking information so there is no miscommunication.

What if someone does not send me the book as requested?
BookTradeNow guarantees every textbook trade or we’ll send your textbook back to you.

How will I know when my textbook is being summoned?

You may choose to send your book through a number of options. Whether it is USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL, they all work with BookTradeNow.com. When you are ready to trade simply package your textbook and use the address that was given to you. Be sure to use the tracking service from the shipping company. It can help the transaction run smoothly. You can also drop the textbook off at Joe Mommas Coffee House.

How long do I have to ship a textbook once I accept to send?
Once you agree to send the book you will have 3 days to ship. Or the transaction will be canceled.
